NTtank (Nantong Tank Container Co., Ltd), der weltweit zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte ISO-Tankhersteller in China, Profi beim Bau verschiedener Typen von ISO-Tankcontainern mit einer Jahreskapazit\u00e4t von 10.000 Einheiten (einschlie\u00dflich 8.000 Standardeinheiten und 2.000 Spezialeinheiten). Gem\u00e4\u00df der j\u00fcngsten Untersuchung zur ITCO-Tankcontainer-Flotte, stellte NTtank 8.500 Einheiten im Jahr 2018 her, was einem Auslastungsgrad von 85% entsprach. Zu ihren Hauptkunden z\u00e4hlen solche Leasingfirmen wie Eurotainer, Exsif Worldwide, Seaco, Trifleet, Raffles, CS Leasing, GEM, TWS usw. und solche Betreiber wie Stolt, Hoyer, ITT, Suttons, Newport, Den Hartogh, Bertschi, Sinochem usw.<\/p>\n

IMT (Intermodal Telematics BV) wurde 2013 gegr\u00fcndet und ist bei Weitem der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Lieferant von Telematiktechnologie f\u00fcr den Tankcontainersektor. Bisher wurden weltweit mehr als 40.000 Sensoren an Tankcontainern montiert. Das Unternehmen mit Sitz in den Niederlanden bietet die Smart-Sensortechnologie und eine Softwareplattform, mit der Betreiber, Containerhersteller, Leasingfirmen und Spediteure Einblick in die n\u00f6tigen Erkenntnisse zur Verbesserung ihrer Produktqualit\u00e4t, Effizienz und Sicherheit erhalten. Mit 11 Hardware-Ingenieuren, 35 Software-Ingenieuren und einer betriebseigenen Montagelinie bietet IMT jedem Kunden Gew\u00e4hr f\u00fcr das allerbeste Produkt von h\u00f6chster Qualit\u00e4t. IMT setzt den Ma\u00dfstab im Bereich Smart-Sensor-Technologie. NTtank begr\u00fcndete eine Zusammenarbeit mit IMT, indem sie sich daf\u00fcr entschied, den sogenannten ‚Pre-Kit‘ von IMT zu w\u00e4hlen, der an ihren s\u00e4mtlichen Tankcontainern und ohne zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten f\u00fcr Neukonstruktionen angebracht wird. Der IMT-Pre-Kit enth\u00e4lt ein Digitalthermometer (Typ WT17-Ex) und eine Klammer f\u00fcr die einfache Installation des Kommunikations- und Standortterminals (CLT). Die Installation des Pre-Kit ist in der Tat der vorbereitende Schritt f\u00fcr die Umwandlung von Tankcontainern in Smart-Tanks innerhalb 5 Minuten zu jedem gew\u00fcnschten Zeitpunkt. Mit dem installierten Pre-Kit, einschlie\u00dflich des Digitalthermometers, kann die Temperatur in \u00b0C und \u00b0F am Tankcontainer mit einer Genauigkeit von 0,3 \u00b0C kontrolliert werden und eine Eichung ist in keinem Fall erforderlich. IMT besitzt ein Patent f\u00fcr diese eichungsfreie Technologie.<\/p>\n

Gleichzeitig kann ein Kunde seinen Tankcontainer jederzeit in weniger als 5 Minuten zu einem ‚Smart‘-Tankcontainer upgraden, indem er den Kommunikations- und Standortterminal (CLT17-Ex) an der CLT-Klammer anbringt und f\u00fcr das Digitalthermometer WT17-Ex eine Aktivierungsgeb\u00fchr zahlt. Dethmer Drenth, Managing Director und Gr\u00fcnder von IMT, erkl\u00e4rt, dass der Einbau des CLT sehr einfach durchzuf\u00fchren ist, indem man ihn mit zwei Bolzen auf die CLT-Klammer schraubt, die durch NTtank an jedem neuen Tankcontainer vorinstalliert wird.<\/p>\n
